1. Agreement

By accessing moneyriver.pro or enrolling in a course, you agree to these terms.

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and MoneyRiver Journalism Academy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Accounts

Keep credentials secure. You’re responsible for activity under your account.

• Provide accurate, up-to-date information during registration.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected breach.
• We may suspend accounts for policy violations or suspicious activity.

3. Payments and refunds

All prices are in CAD. Refunds may be available before course start minus processing fees.

• Taxes may apply based on your jurisdiction.
• Payment processors may charge additional non-refundable fees.
• Refund requests must include proof of payment and course details.
• After course commencement, refunds are not generally available except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

• No harassment, plagiarism, or unauthorized redistribution.
• Respect privacy and legal constraints during reporting exercises.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Do not upload malware or engage in activities that disrupt service integrity.

5. Disclaimers

We provide training and do not guarantee employment.

Content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect or consequential damages.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use means acceptance of changes.

Material updates will be communicated via the site or email when practical.
